First Date Conversation the Bad Boy Way
A big question I get from guys is what to talk about on a first date. Or what questions to ask on a first date.
Your objective on the first date is to keep things light and fun for both you and her. Tease her a bit, and when ever she says something you disagree with , make sure you give her a hard time about it.
You don’t want to be too talky or dominate the conversation. Let her talk and just listen for opportunities to tease her or bust on her for something that strikes you as some blatently female point of view. If you sit there and just agree with everything she says, most women will come to the conclusion that you don’t offer them much of a challenge, and probably won’t care to see you again.
First Date Mistakes to Avoid:
First rule is not to get all serious and introspective about your life or life in general. Nobody wants to hear people complaining or lamenting about how unfair life has been to them.
And if you turn the first date into a chance to rag on old girlfriends or go on a too high-spirited political rant, then you can probably kiss any chance for a second date good-bye. If you catch her ragging or ranting about something, take the opportunity to tease her about it and get things back to lighter topics.
Also avoid job interview type questions at all costs. Don’t ask them, and do your best to avoid answering them, at least directly.
And finally, here are 3 first date topics not to bring up, especially on a first date. And if they are brought up by her, just give her a smartass answer and change the subject as quickly as possible.
First, don’t ask or tell about past relationship history. This can only lead to trouble. If you talk about too many women, she thinks you’re a player. If she determines you’ve been with too few women, she will wonder whether you’re experienced enough. It’s a no-win situation.
If she asks you about past relationships, then all you have to do is give a sly smile and say that you don’t kiss and tell, or that you lost count after 1000. She’ll know you’re joking, but it still puts all kinds of thoughts in her head about how many women you actually have been with. This will keep her guessing long after your date has ended.
Second, don’t talk about money. Again, this is another job interview type question that you want to stay away from. If she brings it up, just tell her you’re a multi-millionaire and just slumming around for kicks.
Third and most important of all, don’t try to set up future dates while you’re still on the first one, no matter how well things are going.
When you attempt to lock up future plans with a girl before you even finished the first date, it says all the wrong things.
What it says is; I’m not confident enough to think that you will go out with me again, so I want to lock in a bunch of dates right now so you HAVE TO go out with me in the future.
It also takes some of the mystery and challenge out of the relationship for her.
At the end of the date, if you think you had good chemistry, and that you might want to see her again, just say that you had fun and you’ll give her a call.
Then in 2 or 3 days, you can either call, or send her a fun email, and set up a future date.
First date meet-ups are loaded with anxiety. Just do your best to relax and have fun. If you do, even if it doesn’t work out, at least you can enjoy the experience.
